Jamila + Juliette was founded in 2008 by Assyah and Jose, originally as a consulting agency focused on training, corporate events, and audits for small businesses.

Their journey took a creative turn when they began planning weddings—eventually becoming pioneers of destination weddings in Ecuador by 2012.
